Description
This tech is caused by holding holding backwards for 1 or more ticks after an extendedslideinstantpounce or by doing it on the 17th tick of a slide, causing you get launched backwards instead.
Notes
This is considered a failure to do an eipounce, eijump or eihop, as is a common way to fail with an undesirable movement direction sometimes leading to flying off the map.
