A Scavenger Item Link is a link that connects a scavenger to the items it is carrying. Under extremely rare circumstances, a scavenger stunned by an echo can drop its items, but remain linked to them. If Slugcat picks these items up, the link remains active.
This glitch has only been recorded once, and its exact cause is unknown.
