Description
A Prey Link is a type of link that links a prey creature and a creature that is holding it; for example, a lizard holding a squidcada.
Certain creatures, such as vultures and Miros birds, can grab prey from other creatures. When they do this, there is a split second where all three creatures are linked.
Creatures held by Pole Plants, Monster Kelp, or Rattlers are also connected by a Prey Link. Entering a room connection while held by any of these creatures will result in them also entering the new room, and they will be pinwarped to their den position. Pole plants and kelp cannot kill you in this state, and will often despawn shortly after warping. Rattlers behave uniquely; see rattler transportation
Under certain circumstances, it is possible for creatures to remain linked this way once the prey is dropped. If Slugcat has a froglink to a prey creature, then a predator drags that creature back to its den, all linked creatures will be dragged to the den, then expelled shortly after. The lizard will drop the prey and become a loaded abstracted creature, but all creatures will remain linked.

There are no links here, as king vulture tusks do not create links.
